My journey into holistic health deepened when my son was diagnosed with severe food allergies and autoimmune issues. I quickly realized how much I didn’t know — and how much of what I thought I did know wasn’t the full picture. With few answers available, I began researching tirelessly, discovering how food quality, environmental triggers, and everyday household products could influence the body in ways I had never been exposed to. What followed was a complete restructuring of how we lived: we changed how we ate as a family, swapped out items like our cleaning, laundry, and body products, and rebuilt our routines from the ground up. That experience reshaped my understanding of health, empowerment, and what it means to take ownership of your well-being. It’s also the lens I bring into the office every day — practical, compassionate, and focused on helping people make changes that genuinely matter.
Originally from the East Coast, I moved to Oregon in 2016 and now live in SE Portland with my partner Brendan, our blended crew of four kids, and two cats (Penny and Wilfred). Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me in the garden — my happiest place. I grow herbs, vegetables, and flowers, and I’m constantly experimenting with how many ways one backyard can be turned into a mini-apothecary. I like to joke that gardening is just “optimistic chaos management,” and I’m always convinced that this will be the year my tomatoes cooperate. Whether I’m harvesting basil, drying calendula, or coaxing something suspiciously wilted back to life, the garden is where I reset and reconnect. When I’m not gardening- I love long walks/hikes, hot yoga, reading, and binging podcasts about obscure history and true crime — the stranger the topic, the better.
What inspires me most about our Lake Oswego clinic is creating a space where people feel supported, seen, and capable of meaningful change. With the demands of modern life pulling everyone in a thousand directions, our goal is simple: help people feel stronger, brighter, and more themselves. We run our clinic with respect, honesty, and heart — and I’m proud of the care we provide.
